You may have seen this bake sensation all over Instagram…it is quite literally iconic. If not, then get ready because the Slutty Brownie is about to change your life.
You may ask why is it called Slutty Brownies? But isn’t it obvious…it’s because they’re just so FILTHY! Just close your eyes and imagine the brownie gooeyness combined with the rich cookies & cream, matched with the sweet, sugary dough. Once you have one, you can’t stop yourself from devouring all that gooey deliciousness. Pure filth.
Extra YUMMY tip: Whack it in the microwave for 30 seconds & add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for ultimate satisfaction!
150 g Cookies & Cream pieces
200 g Dark Chocolate
200 g Unsalted Butter
3 Large Eggs
300 g Golden Caster Sugar
100 g Plain Flour
50 g Cocoa Powder
Pre-heat the oven to 175C Fan
Line the bottom of a 9x9 baking pan with tin foil and then spray the tin foil with a layer of baking spray.
Melt together your Dark Chocolate with your Butter until smooth.
Whisk together the Eggs and Sugar into a thick mousse like mixture, and then fold through the melted chocolate mix.
Add in the Flour, and Cocoa Powder, and fold through again. Set the brownie batter aside.
Layer the cookie dough on the bottom of a 9x9 baking pan, pressing down to form the bottom of the slutty brownies.
Layer as many cookies and cream pieces that will fit on top of the cookie dough. No need to overlap. One single layer will do. (If you’re feeling crazy add another layer of cookie dough- increase your gooey chances!)
Pour the brownie batter on top of the inclusions and make sure it's evenly layers on top.
Bake the Slutty Brownies in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until baked through. Sometimes can take a smidge longer!
Leave to cool in your tin for 10 minutes, and then carefully remove and finish cooling on a wire rack.
Cut up into your portions and enjoy!
