Pralines are a traditional confection from the American South, made with sugar, syrup, butter & nuts. It's a sweet process with a history as rich as its flavour. We continue its heritage by roasting our ingredients together in old-style copper pans over an open flame to create those typical toasty, caramel flavours which make our pralines great for adding to ice cream, cakes and confectionery (and many more).
