Lovely buttery cream-coloured sweet, pastry pieces, with a shortbread like texture & flavour. These are amazing served with fruit and cream - think strawberry shortcake/ Eton Mess. Their small size also makes them perfect to use as a doughnut or cupcake topping or even added to ice cream sundaes.
