Soft textured, creamy coloured pieces of sponge cake. Approximately 12mm cube shaped pieces. Ideal to add to fruit based desserts & trifles or try whizzed into a milkshake for extra oomph!
We bake very small cakes & cookies - perfectly sized for adding to ice cream, and topping off cakes & desserts.
Our sponge cake pieces are supplied frozen and will arrive in insulated packaging with gel packs - please freeze when received
