Deliciously soft vanilla cookie dough chunks designed for baking, snacking, and everything in between.
Perfect straight from the pouch, baked into warm gooey cookies, microwaved for instant dessert, or air-fried for a crispy edge with a soft centre. You can even enjoy them raw as a chilled or frozen snack.
Our vanilla cookie dough is made in a slightly smaller 8mm chunk (compared to our 14mm range), making it especially versatile as a topping. It’s ideal for sprinkling over desserts, ice cream, or using in a fruit crumble-style pudding for an extra indulgent finish.
We freeze our cookie dough immediately after production to lock in freshness and flavour. Made using specially treated flour and eggs, it is completely safe to enjoy raw as an edible cookie dough snack.
The 18kg bulk catering pack contains enough cookie dough chunks to make approximately 180 (large 100g) desserts & the 6kg pack will make around 60 which works out to around £0.69 to £0.90 per portion (including mainland shipping costs).

How do you dough?
It quite literally couldn't be easier!
Microwave
Scoop about 100g of cookie dough into a microwave safe dish and microwave for 60 - 90 seconds - add yummy toppings!
Oven Bake
Scoop about 100g of cookie dough into an oven proof dish and bake at 180 degrees for 8 - 12 minutes - add yummy toppings!
Air Fry
Pour your cookie dough into a suitable dish or onto baking paper in the base of your airfryer drawer and air fry between 160 - 180 degrees for 6 - 10 minutes - make sure to keep an eye on your dough as it cooks to get that perfectly crunchy outside and exquisitely gooey inside!
Eat Raw
Eat your cookie dough straight from the bag as a snack, add to your favourite ice-cream or blitz into milkshakes!
