It's crumble season! One of our favourite times of the year here at Bling Ingredients!

So we thought we would make a quick and easy apple crumble using our vanilla cookie dough and cinnamon sugar!

All you need is your favourite eating apple, a pouch of our amazing vanilla cookie dough, Bling's cinnamon sugar and some custard and/or icecream. A couple of minutes in the microwave and you have a delicious cookie dough apple crumble!

Method

First, chop your apple into small chunks, no need to peel it. In a small microwave safe ramekin, heat the apple chunks in the microwave for around 1 minute or so (until they start to go soft), giving them a little stir after 30 seconds.

Next, spoon some vanilla cookie dough chunks into the ramekin on top of the cooked apple. Return to the microwave for another minute until the cookie dough has cooked into a nice hot gooey topping.

Remove from the microwave and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, pour over some custard and tuck in!
