This Halloween, treat yourself to a spooky brownie cookie dough toastie! 👻

Using our decadent brownie style cookie dough & tasty crunchy sugar pearls we created a monster of a toasted sandwich! 

Ingredients:

• Two slices of bread - we find Brioche bread works the best
• One pouch of Brownie Dough
• 50g of Bling Ingredients Orange, Red and Green Sugar Pearls
• Sugar edible eyes
• Strawberry sauce

Method:

Heat a good few handfuls of brownie cookie dough in the microwave for around 30 seconds to soften.

Pop two slices of brioche bread onto a panini press and press the cookie dough onto one slice.

Drizzle the cookie dough with strawberry sauce, pop the the slices together to form a sandwich and close the lid. Toast until the bread is nice and golden.

Once toasted, remove the spooky toastie and slice. Drizzle with a little more strawberry sauce and add spooky eyes to decorate!

Devour the toastie before it devours you!
