160g caster sugar
3 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
200g plain flour
½ tsp baking powder
4 tbsp milk
200g Brownie DohNugs
Method:
Step 1 - Pre-heat your oven to 160C (fan oven).
Step 2 - Place a piece of parchment paper at the bottom of a rectangular or square tin. We recommend buttering the base before applying the parchment.
Step 3 - Combine the sugar and butter in a stand mixer for around 3 – 5 minutes. The mixture should appear light and airy.
Step 4 - Slowly add the eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
Step 5 - Slowly add the flour and baking powder.
Step 6 - Add the milk.
Step 7 - Fold in the Brownie DohNugs.
Step 8 - Transfer your batter into your tin and distribute evenly.
Step 9 - Gently drop the tin on your counter to knock out any air bubbles.
Step 10 - Bake for 20 – 25 minutes. The top of the bake should appear slightly golden.
Step 11 - Remove from the oven and allow to cool before enjoying!
