The Best Bling Filled Cookies

Are you looking for an easy cookie recipe to fill with delicious Bling ingredients? We’ve got you covered. Not only is this basic cookie recipe quick, but it’s super tasty too. 

We trialled this recipe to make the best salted caramel sugar pearl cookies, chocolate chunk cookies and extra yummy milk chocolate caramel cup cookies. Each one got a big thumbs up from us on the taste test! We even combined some of our ingredients to make double the deliciousness salted caramel and chocolate chip cookies!  

 

How to Make Chunky Chocolate Chip Cookies, Salted Caramel Cookies and more:

This recipe makes around 12 large American style cookies

 

Ingredients (in UK metrics)

240g plain flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tbsp corn flour

¾ tsp salt

170g butter

100g granulated sugar

150g brown sugar

1 egg

1tbsp vanilla extract

100 – 200g of your favourite Bling Ingredients e.g Brownie DohNugs

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 160°C Fan and line 4 baking trays with grease proof paper (or bake cookies in groups of 3 on one tray)
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, corn flour and salt and set dry ingredients aside
  3. Using a stand mixer, mix butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy
  4. Mix in egg and vanilla until consistency is smooth
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients until the mixture has a dough like appearance
  6. Pour in your chosen Bling ingredient and combine well
  7. Measure each cookie out at roughly 80g – 100g each, roll into a ball with your hands and place on baking tray. Do not put more than 3 cookies on each tray as they will expand in to one another
  8. Bake for roughly 8 minutes each
  9. Leave your cookies to cool for at least 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack
