Dessert Style Yorkshire Pud!

We’re proud Yorkshire folk here at Bling and what better way to celebrate that than with a gigantic Yorkshire pudding overflowing with our favourite Bling ingredients?

What you’ll need:

2 large eggs

70g plain flour

100ml milk

Oil (for the tin)

4 scoops of ice cream of your choice

Heaps of your favourite Bling ingredients

100g Chocolate

 

Method:

Step 1: Pre heat oven to 180 degrees (fan).

Step 2: Crack both eggs into a bowl and whisk, sift the flour into the bowl and sift until no lumps remain. Slowly pour in the milk continuing to whisk as you go.

Step 3: Cover the base of a round tin with oil and place in the oven for 5 to 10 minuites.

Step 4: Using oven gloves pull your tin from the oven and pour in your batter. Re-place in the oven for 10-15 minuites, your Yorkshire Pudding should be a crispy golden brown.

Step 5: Remove from tin and place on a serving plate.

Step 6: add ice cream and heaps of all of your favourite Bling ingredients, we used: Milk Chocolate Popping Candy, Salted Caramel Sugar Pearls, Caramel Truffle Pieces, Dark Chocolate Truffle Hearts, Milk Chocolate Caramel Cups

Step 7: Melt your chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds at a time and stirring between each until you have a smooth consistency

Step 8: Pour the melted chocolate over your Yorkshire Pudding until thoroughly coated

Step 9: Devour!
