This Mini Egg Brownie Dough Skillet is easy to make and the perfect chocolate dessert for sharing with friends and family this Easter! Baked & topped with chocolate mini eggs and cream egg favourites.
What's great about this dessert is that you only need ONE ingredient and the rest is totally up to you!
We are extremely eggcited for our Brownie Dough pieces to FINALLY make their debut, they are delicious to eat raw just like our cookie dough but have an intense, rich chocolate flavour - PLUS it bakes into incredible hot brownie dough desserts! You can simply scoop the chunks & bake straight from the freezer in a matter of minutes & if an even faster process is needed, they can be microwaved into gooey perfection within seconds.
200g Brownie Dough Pieces
1 bag Kibbled Mini Eggs (add as many as you want)
2 Cream eggs
1 scoop of ice cream (optional)
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a cast iron skillet or round baking tin.
- Add the mini eggs
- Bake for 10 minutes, then add the cream eggs (push well into the brownie)
- Check at 18 minutes if the dough has risen enough to your liking, if not cook for additional minutes if needed.
- Remove from oven.
- Top with whipped cream/ice cream (whatever your customer’s desire!) and serve.
