Rich Creamy Hot Chocolate Recipe
There is nothing quite like cuddling up with a warm mug of hot chocolate on a cold winter night! Bonus points if that hot chocolate is topped with freshly whipped cream, chocolate sauce and a heavy sprinkle of our pretzel pieces.

Ingredients
Handful of milk chocolate or fat coated pretzel pieces
250ml milk of your choice
1 tbsp cocoa
1-2 tbsp soft light brown sugar
25g dark or milk chocolate, finely chopped
1 tbsp whipped cream or squirty cream
Cinnamon sticks or marshmallows
Chocolate sauce
Method
1. Heat the milk, cocoa, sugar and chocolate in a small pan over a medium heat until steaming and the chocolate has melted. Whisk to dissolve the cocoa.
2. Pour into a mug, then add the cream to float on top. Finish with a sprinkle of pretzel pieces and chocolate sauce drizzle.
